Fabricator, Manufacturing ​/ Production

Our client, manufacturing is seeking a Fabricator to join their team. As a Fabricator, you will be part of the production team supporting day-to-day fabrication and metal forming operations. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a solid understanding of CNC programming, and the ability to read and interpret engineering drawings which will align successfully in the organization.

6am-230pm, with possible overtime

• Program, set up, and operate a LVD 6kW Puma fiber laser using Cadman software to support production requirements.
• Create, edit, and optimize CNC programs for a Trumpf punch press to ensure accurate, efficient output.
• Set up and operate Amada press brakes for forming operations.
• Operate Haeger hardware insertion machines for installation of fasteners.
• Work a 6:00am–2:30pm Monday–Friday schedule with some overtime as needed.

• 2+ years of CNC programming experience.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Experience programming and operating laser, punch press, and/or press brake equipment.
• Comfort working with CAD/CAM-style workflows and CNC software tools (Cadman experience is required for the laser role).
• Willingness to support production schedules, including some overtime when required.

• Opportunity to contribute directly to fabrication and production output using advanced CNC equipment.
• A Monday–Friday schedule with a consistent daytime shift (6:00am–2:30pm).
• Hands-on role across multiple fabrication processes, including laser cutting, punching, forming, and fastener insertion.
