We are hiring a self-reliant Machinist who canset up and operate CNC and manual lathe machines to produce high-quality components. The ideal candidate will be focused on
safety, quality, and efficiency.
- Set up and operate CNC and/or manual lathe machines
- Inspect and verify conformance of machined parts
- Use precision measurement tools
- Detect and resolve minor processing issues
- Work with minimal supervision
- Help maintain and improve production processes
- Knowledge of continuous improvement processes
- Ensure a safe, clean and organized work area
- High school diploma required; vocational/technical certification preferred
- 2+ years of machinist experience in a production environment
- Strong understanding of manufacturing prints and GD&T specifications
- Proficiency with precision measuring tools and techniques
- Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods
