Responsibilities- Perform essential preventative maintenance on CNC mills and lathes to minimize downtime and maximize equipment longevity.
- Execute post-machining finishing processes, including deburring and cleaning, to ensure every component meets rigorous quality specifications.
- Collaborate with senior machinists to master machine setup, changeover procedures, and production run management.
- Identify and resolve basic mechanical malfunctions to maintain a consistent and productive workflow.
- Uphold a high standard of workplace organization and safety to foster an efficient manufacturing environment.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and a demonstrated commitment to professional growth in the machining trade.
- Reliable work history with a proactive approach to learning complex technical tasks.
- Proficiency in the safe handling of various hand and power tools.
- High school diploma or equivalent educational background.
- Foundational understanding of G-Code programming and logic.
- Prior exposure to CNC machine setup and production changeover processes.
- A clear career objective to advance into a full-scale CNC Machinist position.
