- Clean, inspect, maintain, disassemble, and reassemble injection molds.
- Perform mold changeovers and prepare tooling for production.
- Troubleshoot hot runner systems and tooling issues.
- Safely move and handle molds weighing up to 4,000 lbs. using appropriate equipment.
- Maintain tooling, machinery, and equipment in excellent working condition.
- Support Production and other departments as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe Toolroom.
- Share knowledge and ideas to improve tooling processes, efficiency, and team capabilities.
- Follow all company safety procedures, policies, and values.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Pay: $28.00–$32.00 per hour

- High school diploma or GED.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- General knowledge of manual machinery and safe machine operation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong commitment to safety, quality, and attention to detail.
- 1–2 years of injection molding, tooling, mold maintenance, or related manufacturing experience.
- Experience with injection molds, mold changeovers, and hot runner systems.
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand, bend, reach, and work around machinery and tooling for extended periods.
- Ability to safely work with large molds and material-handling equipment
