Machine Operators- 2nd & 3rd shift

Kelly is hiring Machine Operators in Canandaigua, NY at a large plastics food container manufacturing facility! MUST have at least 1 year of previous Machine operator experience!

A Shift: 11:30pm - 8:00 AM/$22.34

C Shift: 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM/$22.84

(Once an operator specialist certification is completed, pay will go up to $23.29 hour)

• Routine operation of thermoforming equipment in a safe and effective manner
• Identifying and correcting quality deficiencies, basic maintenance, adjustment, and troubleshooting of equipment and process
• Ability to run to successfully run multiple lines concurrently, and/or pieces of equipment
• Assist/train lower-level operators.
• Routinely include basic set up, operation and troubleshooting of all automation equipment in an assigned department.
• Paperwork, quality checks and housekeeping must be complete and accurate for all lines
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• 1+ years of operator experience in manufacturing environment
• Proactive approach to process interruptions and down time.
• Able to stand/walk/lift 50lbs and meet essential physical requirements of position throughout shift
• Reliable attendance and strong safety awareness
• Demonstrated abilities as a team player, good cooperation and communication.
