Fabricator/Welder

We're looking for a skilled fabricator/welder to join our manufacturing team. You'll build custom bulk material handling equipment — dust collectors, conveyors, hoppers, valves, and complete systems — from raw steel to finished product. Every project is different and built to order, so you'll work on a wide variety of assemblies across dozens of industries.

• Lay out, fit, and fabricate structural and sheet metal components from engineering drawings
• MIG, TIG, and laser welding on mild steel and stainless steel
• Read and interpret shop drawings, blueprints, and weld symbols
• Operate plasma and laser cutters, CNC press brake, forming equipment, saws, grinders, drill press, and other shop equipment
• Assemble and fit sub-assemblies and final equipment
• Maintain quality standards and dimensional tolerances
• Work with the engineering team to resolve fit-up and fabrication questions

• Prior experience in metal fabrication and/or welding (2+ years preferred)
• Ability to read and work from engineering drawings and shop prints
• Proficiency with MIG welding; TIG and laser welding experience is a plus
• Experience with layout, fitting, and assembly of steel structures
• Comfortable operating plasma/laser cutters, CNC press brake, forming equipment, and standard shop tools
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
• Welding certifications are a plus but not required

• Competitive pay based on experience
• Hands-on work building custom equipment — no two projects are the same
• Small team environment where your work has a direct impact
• Growth opportunity with a company that's scaling up
• Orchard Park, NY location — easy commute, no city traffic
