** D&W Diesel is looking for dependable people with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn. If you've worked in food service, construction, landscaping, warehousing, automotive, or another hands-on job, we'll provide the training you need to succeed in manufacturing.  If you enjoy working with your hands, solving problems, and being part of a team that takes pride in building quality products, we'd love to meet you.

* What you’ll do:

*** Teardown and assemble products according to work instructions and quality standards.
* Operate hand tools, power tools, and production equipment safely.
* Inspect parts to ensure they meet quality specifications.
* Read and follow assembly drawings, work instructions and production documentation.
* Maintain a clean, organized and safe work area.
* Work as part of a manufacturing cell to meet daily production goals.
* Identify opportunities to improve quality, efficiency, and workflow.
* Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

* What we’re looking for:

*** Excellent attendance and reliability.
* Manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus but not required.
* Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Dependable with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
* Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
