Entry-Level Electronics Technician — Hands-On Training

Position: Electronics Technician (Entry Level — We Train You!)

RTE (Refrigerated Transport Electronics) is a local McGraw company that builds the tech keeping the world’s food fresh as it travels across oceans. Our products sit in ports and terminals around the globe, tracking temperature, alarms, and even whether a container door is open or closed.

Bananas from Ecuador, oranges from Brazil, blueberries from Chile — the produce you see in your grocery store was likely monitored by equipment made right here in McGraw. And you can help build it.

Demand for refrigerated produce is exploding, and we’re growing fast. To keep up, we’re adding new team members to our manufacturing and remanufacturing teams — people who want to learn, work with their hands, and start a real career.

As an entry‑level Electronics Technician, you’ll learn how to:

• Assemble and test electronic circuit boards
• Work with small tools and equipment
• Help build and repair the products we ship around the world
• Follow step‑by‑step instructions to make sure everything works perfectly
• Support our production and remanufacturing teams

If you like hands‑on work, puzzles, building things, or taking things apart to see how they work — you’ll fit right in.

The wage for this position is commensurate with skill and experience. The pay range is $20-$27.
