Job Title

1st Shift Photolithography Operator

Job Location

Vishay Thin Film is located in Niagara Falls, NY. The site has a lot of natural beauty to offer including the world-famous Niagara Falls which are just a short drive away!

What you will be doing:

Set up and operate SVG spinner equipment, and poly spinner.
Inspect photomasks and substrates/wafers using various types of microscopes and make final determination of good or bad.
Perform conductor, resistor, and polyimide exposure procedures using mask aligner equipment.
Etch both conductor and resistor patterns/
Develop substrates/wafers for proper alignment and line width using a microscope and make final determination of good or bad.
Responsible for making and disposing of acid baths.
Plasma clean plates when necessary.

What you will bring along:

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to read and write to interpret production documents and accurately record required information.
Ability to perform arithmetic calculations such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division using a learned method or a calculator.
Eye-hand coordination and good manual dexterity to accurately process small parts manufactured.
Ability to concentrate and pay close attention to detail to work with chemicals in a safe manner.
Ability to successfully multi-task.
Organizational skills to maintain a clean workstation.
Ability to understand verbal and written instruction to take work direction accurately.
Qualified to perform multiple jobs and has the responsibility of training other employees

Pay Range

$17-19 per hour
