Ausco, Inc. is seeking a CNC Milling Programmer to program, set up, prove out, and machine very small, high-precision aerospace components.
The candidate should have strong hands-on Mastercam CNC programming, precision milling, work holding and fixturing experience, and the ability to take a component from drawing to production. The role requires deep understanding of tool geometry, feeds and speeds, chatter control, burr management, and process stability, with a preference for aerospace quality
