Maintain product specifications, including weights, shapes, colors, piece counts, temperatures, and appearance.

Perform scheduled quality checks to ensure products meet company and food-safety standards.

Monitor equipment performance, production flow, and product quality to maximize efficiency and minimize waste.

Identify and report mechanical, material, quality, or production issues to the appropriate supervisor.

Complete maintenance work orders when equipment concerns require additional attention.

Assist with coordinating staffing, breaks, and lunch periods to maintain production coverage.

Train and support new Machine Operators as they develop their equipment knowledge and technical skills.

Work with the shift onboarding coordinator to support operator training and development.

Complete all required production, quality, and equipment documentation before the end of each shift.

Communicate effectively with Production, Quality, Sanitation, Maintenance, and associates across shifts.

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area and prepare equipment for sanitation as needed.

Follow all USDA, OSHA, GMP, HACCP, and company food-safety requirements.

Ensure proper shift transitions to prevent interruptions in production.
