Integrated Staffing is working with a client seeking dependable Shop Laborers to support daily operations in a manufacturing environment for our client in Johnstown, NY. These are entry-level positions ideal for individuals who are looking to gain hands-on experience and learn the manufacturing industry. No prior experience is required. The position is paying $18.00/hour.

We are looking for reliable candidates with a strong work ethic who are willing to assist wherever needed and contribute to a productive team environment.

• Assist with various general labor tasks throughout the shop
• Support production and manufacturing operations as needed
• Move materials and supplies within the facility
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Assist machine operators and production personnel with basic tasks
• Perform packaging, sorting, assembly, and other shop duties as assigned
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Work as a "floater, " helping in different departments based on daily production needs

• No experience required; willing to train the right candidate
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
• Ability to follow instructions and work well with a team
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Must be reliable and safety-conscious
• Manufacturing or warehouse experience is a plus but not required

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials as needed
• Ability to work in a manufacturing/shop environment
