Experienced Industrial Equipment Spray Painter
Dyna-Vac Equipment is seeking a dependable, full-time Experienced Spray Painting Technician to join our production team.
This is a hands‑on position for an experienced painter who takes pride in quality workmanship, maintains a clean and organized work area, and is comfortable working on industrial equipment and machinery. Applicants should have a solid mechanical background and experience preparing and painting metal equipment.
Responsibilities- Prepare machinery and equipment for painting, including cleaning, masking, sanding, and surface preparation
- Spray paint industrial equipment using HVLP gravity-feed and pressure-pot spray equipment
- Mix, apply, and maintain paint materials in accordance with quality and safety standards
- Inspect completed work for proper coverage, finish quality, and appearance
- Maintain paint equipment, spray booth/shop area, tools, and supplies
- Keep the paint shop clean, organized, and safe
- Assist with equipment assembly and related shop work between painting jobs
- Work effectively with production personnel to keep projects moving on schedule
- Prior professional spray-painting experience required; industrial equipment, machinery, truck-body, trailer, agricultural-equipment, or similar experience strongly preferred
- Experience using HVLP gravity-feed guns and pressure-pot paint systems
- Good mechanical aptitude and comfort working around industrial machinery
- Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic are essential
- Ability to work independently, follow instructions, and maintain consistent quality
- Attention to detail, pride in workmanship, and commitment to shop safety
- Ability to perform physical shop work, including standing, bending, lifting, and moving materials as needed
- Full-time position
- $25-28/hr Pay based on experience and qualifications

- Four-day workweeks available throughout the summer
Job Type: Full-time, Mon-Fri 7am-3:30pm
