• Coordinate the “de-toting” and determination of disposition of received parts.
• Entry into customer-required systems (i.e. SNC) receipt of parts and related PO verification processes.
• Coordination of creation of parts travelers and “traying up” of parts.
• Delivery of received product to operations staging areas.
• Knowledge of and enthusiasm for CORE and other continuous improvement tools and projects.
• Ability to work overtime (weekdays and weekends).
• Ability to consistently follow standard work.

• Prepare completed parts for shipment to customers as needed.
• Prepare invoicing to customers.
• Prepare any required export paperwork and properly execute export standard work.
• Arrange for part pick up / shipments with couriers, trucking companies, and parcel delivery services as needed.

• HS diploma (or equivalent) with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
• Shipping & Receiving Experience preferred.
• Computer skills (Excel, Outlook, Business Software).
• Quality Excellence.

• Organized and detail-oriented.
• Quick learner, self-starter.
