Overview
Operate, set up, and program CNC milling machines to produce precision parts. Work with tight tolerances and ensure quality and efficiency in a manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities- Set up and operate CNC milling machines (Mazak 5-axis)
- Program machines using Mazatrol and G-Code based on prints and instructions
- Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and work instructions
- Machine parts to tight tolerances
- Use measuring tools such as micrometers, bore gauges, and calipers
- Work with various materials to produce finished components
- Complete documentation with accuracy and attention to detail
- Maintain productivity and quality standards
- Support team environment and contribute to continuous improvement
- 5ul years of experience with Mazak CNC 5-axis mills
- Experience with CNC programming and machine setup
- Knowledge of Mazatrol and G-Code (Mastercam is a plus)
- Ability to hold tight tolerances
- Experience using precision measuring tools
- Strong attention to detail and teamwork
