Job Overview

Full time Digital Account Manager:
We are looking for a dynamic account manager to join our marketing team. In this role, you'll develop and oversee the marketing strategies and activities to ensure that our marketing goals are met. You'll also act as the primary point of contact between our clients and the company.

• Determining client needs by conducting in-person or electronic meetings to outline their digital goals.
• Developing and implementing a comprehensive marketing and sales strategy.
• Overseeing the client's transportation needs and identifying areas of improvement.
• Analyzing the effectiveness of our digital and traditional marketing strategies by tracking metrics.
• Creating and maintaining positive, long-term relationships with clients to build trust.
• Writing reports on digital and traditional marketing campaign performance on a monthly or weekly basis.
• Acting as a point of contact for clients to address any queries or concerns.
• Keeping abreast with the digital and traditional marketing industry.

• Minimum 2 years experience in digital Marketing & social media advertising field.
• Excellent English.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Mass comm. graduate (plus).
• Own a car (plus).
