Job Description Overtime is hiring an Associate Director of Social Media to join our team full-time. This role is integral to Overtime’s continued success and growth in social media. You will oversee projects and personnel for the social team while helping push the boundaries on creativity. You are an ultra curious, organized and competitive person who is all about the TEAM.The

hired individual is required to be on site in the office 3x a week.

What You’ll DoSet goals and strategy for the social team

Work directly with the leaders of the content team on strategy and operations

Collaborate with the internal sales team to execute social brand deals

Keep video editors on track and on time to hit deadlines

Own individual special projects that are not currently activated

Be obsessed with the little details. Everything matters

Collaborate with influencers and athletes on content and scheduling

Own and assist with sourcing, training, and on-boarding new hires to the social team

Who You Are Organized and fast af Extremely good communicator through text, slack, email and in person

It’s really hard to overwhelm you Detail-oriented. Amazing proofreader who always checks their work.

Down to hustle - this role requires regular nights and weekends.

Overtime expects the salary range for this position to fall between $95k-105k annually. Salary is dependent on the individuals years of experience and skill set. Overtime also offers a flexible vacation package, health benefits and stock options in the company.
