Overview
We are looking for an experienced Account Director to work with our clients to deliver the P10 experience. You will build and maintain strong client relationships, drive client success and account growth, and ensure the successful execution of marketing campaigns and tactical pull through. You will be the conduit between our clients and the delivery team, collaborating with project management and the core internal team to ensure project delivery and client satisfaction.
You have a deep understanding of pharmaceutical marketing, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to client satisfaction.
This role is open to candidates in PA, NJ or NY due to client travel requirements. You will report to the Senior Director, Client Services. This base pay range is provided for US applicants.

Responsibilities- Client Relationship Management:
Build and cultivate strong, long-lasting client relationships. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and challenges. Proactively identify opportunities to add value to accounts. - Strategic Account Management:
Understand the client’s business, disease areas, and brand/product strategy. Develop and execute unique and powerful strategic marketing plans for your brands with the P10 internal team. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of marketing campaigns and projects. - Financial Oversight:
Work with the Director, Operations to manage account budgets, forecasts, and financial performance. Identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost optimization while maintaining profitability.
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in pharmaceutical advertising managing the development of HCP and/or DTC promotional campaigns. Experience with new product launches and label updates is a plus.
- Proven track record of building and managing client relationships, delivering successful marketing solutions, and achieving revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of medical, legal and regulatory compliance and MLR submission and approval process in the United States and/or Canada.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Ability and desire to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
