Marketing Director

We are seeking a highly creative Marketing Director with over 10+ years of experience in digital marketing, including deep expertise in Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, and digital ad creation. The ideal candidate will have a background in running an ad agency and possess a strong track record in leading innovative marketing strategies to boost brand visibility and sales.

• Develop and execute robust marketing strategies leveraging Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, and innovative digital ad creations.
• Lead the marketing team in crafting compelling advertising campaigns that resonate with diverse audiences.
• Analyze campaign effectiveness using advanced analytics and optimize strategies based on insights.
• Manage and mentor a dynamic team, fostering creativity and collaboration.
• Oversee marketing budgets and resource allocation to maximize return on investment.
• Preferred experience in running an ad agency, bringing in-depth understanding of agency dynamics and client management.

• Minimum 5 to 7 years of marketing experience with a focus on digital advertising and social media platforms.
• Proven capability in digital ad creation and a knack for creative content generation.
• Demonstrated success in leading an ad agency or similar environment.
• Strong leadership skills, coupled with excellent analytical and communication abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field;
