This role is perfect for someone early in their digital career who wants hands‑on experience across retail media, performance marketing, and eCommerce channel management. You’ll support our digital and retail partnerships—including Home Depot, Lowe’s, and Wayfair—while helping drive visibility and revenue across our online platforms.

What You’ll Do- Support setup, trafficking, and tracking of retail media campaigns across major networks and paid digital channels
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and prepare weekly and monthly reports
- Collaborate with creative, analytics, and marketing teams to align assets, timing, and deliverables
- Maintain reporting dashboards to track spend, ROAS, and overall channel performance
- Assist with eCommerce operations, including site updates, product visibility, and partner integrations
- Research trends, platform updates, and emerging best practices in retail media
- Handle administrative and operational tasks to ensure smooth, on-schedule execution
- 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, retail media, or eCommerce coordination (DTC, retail, or digitally native brand experience is a plus)
- Strong understanding of performance marketing and how online channels drive revenue
- Highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced setting
- Analytical and comfortable working with data; proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets preferred
- Excellent communicator and natural collaborator
- Detail‑oriented, proactive, and eager to learn
- Familiarity with retail partners like Home Depot, Lowe’s, or Wayfair—or an interest in learning
- Experience with digital ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta, retail media networks) is a plus

Compensation: $60,000–$75,000, depending on experience and location.
