Director, Global Marketing Analytics
Hearts & Science is a data‑driven marketing agency with a focus on real‑time personalization and advanced analytics. The Business Analytics team works closely with planning, investment and activation to deliver insights that drive media strategy and client business goals.
Responsibilities- Build deep understanding of clients’ strategic issues, initiatives and competitive positioning.
- Lead the measurement plan development and execution.
- Partner with Planning, Investment and Activation on annual budget setting, media plan development and ongoing plan optimization.
- Generate clear, compelling insights and construct narratives through sophisticated analytics techniques.
- Anticipate client needs and proactively develop solutions.
- Ensure timely follow‑through on scheduled and ad‑hoc deliverables.
- Recommend and implement research to aid consumer insight gathering.
- Identify opportunities to continuously improve processes.
- Lead, mentor and train managers and ADs.
- Contribute to consumer segmentation and audience identification/exploration processes.
- Design tests to measure incremental impact of media on business outcomes.
- Provide ad‑hoc support to clients to solve broad strategic marketing problems.
- Industry knowledge in marketing analytics and data solutions (first‑ and third‑party data, data lakes, clean rooms, aggregated and user‑level data).
- Experience in integrated marketing, media budgeting, revenue forecasting, ROI development.
- Expertise in audience‑based marketing and data‑driven advertising.
- Analytic skills, critical thinking and ability to clarify strategic and operational issues.
- Proven leadership ability and strong client relationship experience.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to train and coach colleagues for growth.
- A university degree and 7+ years of data and analytics experience in advertising, management consulting, marketing or digital consulting.
- Knowledge of agency‑side media campaign planning and execution is desirable but not required.

Compensation and BenefitsPay range: $90,000—$215,000 USD. Hybrid role: three days per week in the office, two days remote.
