Zocdoc’s mission is to give power to the patient. To do that, we’ve built the leading healthcare marketplace that makes it easy to find and book in-person or virtual care in all 50 states, across +200 specialties and +12k insurance plans. By giving patients the ability to see and choose, we give them power. In doing so, we can make healthcare work like every other consumer sector, where businesses compete for customers, not the other way around.
In time, this will drive quality up and prices down.
This role is central to shaping how providers perceive and engage with Zocdoc. You’ll help ensure our brand reflects the humanity of healthcare and the value of Zocdoc’s partnership through storytelling, creative campaigns, and community engagement that strengthen our reputation and drive affinity. Your work will make Zocdoc not just a platform that providers use, but a brand they love, believe in and want to be a part of.
YourDay to Day
- Lead Zocdoc’s provider brand strategy, building awareness, affinity, trust, and preference among current and prospective providers.
- Own and evolve Zocdoc’s foundational brand systems, including brand house and brand health tracking and analysis.
- Develop and execute creative campaigns and brand-first programs that elevate the Zocdoc provider brand across channels.
- Own Linked In organic social strategy, ensuring Zocdoc’s voice and presence reflect our values, thought leadership, and brand positioning for providers.
- Manage online reputation and community engagement, including how Zocdoc participates in conversations about healthcare innovation, practice growth, patient experience, and Zocdoc product experience and value.
- Define and drive our provider advocate program, leveraging our greatest champions as advocates.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Patient Brand, Provider Acquisition, Product Marketing, Content Marketing, Creative, and Legal to ensure campaigns, messaging, and creative are aligned, accurate, and compliant.
- Identify and activate brand moments — campaigns, partnerships, or thought-leadership opportunities — that strengthen our reputation and deepen connection with providers.
- Empower internal and external partners to be stewards of the Zocdoc brand, driving consistency and excellence across all provider-facing touchpoints and materials.
- A strategist who can connect brand efforts to business goals.
- A results-oriented maker who likes to get hands-on — writing briefs, doing the work, bringing ideas to life that move the needle.
- A true collaborator who values strong cross-functional partnership and approaches work as a team sport.
- Analytical, using data and insights to measure and continually improve brand performance.
- A process-oriented builder, excited to strengthen the systems and foundations that will help the brand scale.
- A creative thinker who brings distinctive ideas, programs, strategies to the table.
- 8–10 years of experience in brand, marketing, or communications, with strong B2B or SaaS experience (marketplace experience where the supply side is a professional industry is a plus).
- Proven track record in brand storytelling, creative strategy, and campaign development for B2B audiences.
- Experience developing and executing a Linked In organic strategy and online community engagement.
- Familiarity with reputation management and social listening for B2B brands.
- Experience building or evolving brand frameworks and measuring brand health.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
