As a Paid Social Senior Manager, you’ll play a critical role in shaping strategies, building relationships, and mentoring a talented team of social professionals. This is your opportunity to lead transformative campaigns, foster innovation, and make a lasting impact for our clients.

• Drive the success of paid social strategy, innovation, and performance for PMG's client brands.
• Lead social media strategy across major brands, managing annual budgets, and directionally managing social team across multiple accounts.
• Enhance client insights through the ingestion and aggregation of data into functional dashboards for streamlined analysis.
• Develop and execute international media plans across B2B and B2C products across the brands. Lead strategic planning and marketing activations for Nordic markets (Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Iceland).
• Lead competitive assessments of international markets in the EU and UK and develop channel strategies to be implemented globally.
• Develop best practices within multiple digital media channels, including media planning, campaign set up, trafficking, budgeting, and reporting insights.
• Lead creative strategies including influencer, brand and business-as-usual creative production for clients and advise on investment strategies for marketing and media campaigns.

• Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Strategic Communication, Public Relations, or related degree field and two (2) years of experience as Social Media Manager, Paid Media Manager, Marketing Manager, or related experience.
