We are seeking a highly strategic, creative, and driven brand marketer to join the Sales Development arm of our Strategic Solutions team in Sirius
XM Media’s New York office. Our team’s mission is to create omnichannel marketing strategies on behalf of our advertising partners that address business goals and challenges, engage, inspire and enlighten consumers, and drive measurable results.
As a Senior Manager, Strategic Solutions
, you will focus on pre‑sale ideation, strategy, and storytelling, specifically supporting CPG and Pharma verticals. You will be responsible for developing compelling, content‑based solutions that align with our partners’ marketing objectives by leveraging the unique capabilities of everything under the Sirius
XM Media umbrella – including creator partnerships, podcast content, music programs, experiential activations, and more.
To thrive in this role, you will need to excel at building cross‑functional relationships across Sirius
XM’s extensive audio ecosystem to craft innovative, insights‑driven, and persuasive strategies for our most important accounts. You’ll sit at the intersection of sales, marketing, and strategy, driving impactful narratives that influence advertiser conversations, foster growth, and deliver measurable results.
Partner with CPG and Pharma sales teams to develop insights‑driven marketing strategies and branded content programs that meet and exceed brand objectives and drive advertising revenue.
Create customized proactive and reactive integrated marketing proposals and presentations that display expert storytelling, and communicate our brands’ advantage and the power of our content in a meaningful way.
Serve as central liaison between sales and cross‑functional organizations by building strong relationships and working closely across all internal teams including Artist / Talent Relations teams, Marketing, Events, Design, Production, Product, Client Services, Legal and Research.
Leverage a suite of innovative audio, digital and video products to fuel big idea thinking and development of first‑to‑market concepts.
Mine internal and external data for insights to inform and support marketing stories and solution recommendations.
Assume leadership role in ideation session, strategy development and strategic process, ensuring teams are activated at the right time.
Participate and present in client meetings.
