Our client, a nationally ranked leader in digital performance marketing, is seeking a Director of Client Service to join their growing team. This hybrid role allows you to work remotely four days per week, with one day of in-office collaboration in Pennsylvania, 1+ hours north of Philadelphia. In this individual contributor role, you will manage key brand accounts and serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams.
The ideal candidate has brand-side experience and a deep understanding of how to develop and execute marketing strategies across paid media, affiliate, and acquisition channels

- Serve as the primary contact for brand clients, managing day-to-day communications
- Translate client goals into data-backed, actionable marketing strategies
- Lead performance discussions and quarterly business reviews with key stakeholders
- Monitor campaign performance across channels and optimize based on insights
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and tracking
- Oversee billing, pacing, reporting, and reconciliations with accuracy
- Document all meetings and communications with clear, actionable notes
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and in-person client meetings to drive growth
- Stay up to date on affiliate, paid media, and consumer acquisition trends
- Identify new opportunities to expand client partnerships and drive revenue
- Bachelor’s degree is required
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing is required
- Brand marketing experience is required
- Proficiency with tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics is required
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIF, etc.) is required
- Ability to travel up to 20% is required
