Location: New York

We are looking for a dynamic Brand Manager to champion our portfolio of sweetener brands and unlock their next stage of growth. This person will serve as both a thought leader and passionate brand advocate, driving performance, unlocking new opportunities, and shaping how our brands show up across channels.

The ideal candidate combines strategic acumen, analytical rigor, and creative instinct, a hybrid thinker with an entrepreneurial spirit who is ready to roll up their sleeves and make an impact in a fast-moving, collaborative environment.

Specific Duties & Responsibilities Business Analytics & Insights
  • Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual business reviews to evaluate performance, uncover insights, and identify risks and opportunities.
  • Serve as a super user (alongside the Category Manager) for the Bedrock business intelligence platform, ensuring data is leveraged effectively across Marketing and Sales.
  • Identify whitespace opportunities and emerging category trends to inform brand and innovation strategy.
  • Partner closely with the Category Manager to align on category trends, retailer priorities, and growth drivers, ensuring a unified perspective into retailer selling and business planning.
  • Collaborate with Sales to translate insights into business cases, promotional plans and growth tactics.
Storytelling, Sales Enablement & Communication
  • Develop compelling, visually engaging PowerPoint presentations and trade decks that help Sales communicate brand and product stories with impact.
  • Translate complex data and insights into clear, persuasive narratives that inspire internal stakeholders and retail partners.
  • Own the creation of brand and product selling materials, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and visual excellence.
  • Work with the Category Manager to integrate category, shopper, and competitive insights into retailer pitches and joint business planning materials.
Innovation & Growth Strategy
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders on pricing, positioning, and go‑to‑market plans for new product launches.
  • Partner with Sales, Category Manager and Finance to build robust business cases, forecasts, and launch plans informed by both category dynamics and market needs.
  • Collaborate with project management and cross‑functional leads to ensure alignment from strategy through execution.
  • Lead post‑launch innovation tracking and translate learnings into actionable recommendations.
  • Oversee retail media and in‑store marketing programs across key retailers, ensuring all initiatives align with broader brand and business objectives.
  • Partner with Sales to design, execute, and evaluate retail media programs that maximize ROI, visibility, and shopper engagement.
  • Ensure eCommerce brand shops and product detail pages (PDPs) across Amazon, Walmart, and other partners are current, optimized, and fully aligned with brand standards.
  • Oversee coupon programs across digital and in‑store platforms, ensuring strategic alignment, accuracy, and flawless execution.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign, coupon, and retail media performance to inform continuous optimization and future planning.
Brand Planning & Marketing Programs
  • Support the annual brand planning process, partnering with the Director of Marketing to define priorities, strategies, and growth objectives across the portfolio.
  • Develop and oversee integrated marketing programs that bring the brand plan to life across media, retail, digital, and partnerships.
  • Monitor performance and optimize programs based on insights, learnings, and evolving business needs.
  • Leverage category insights via the Category Manager to build stronger brand narratives and market differentiation.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
  • Three to five years of CPG brand management experience.
  • Strong analytical background with proficiency in syndicated data (Circana/IRI, SPINS, Nielsen

    IQ).
  • Exceptional PowerPoint and storytelling skills with the ability to transform insights into visually compelling narratives.
  • Experience managing and optimizing media and retail media programs.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action, curiosity, and accountability.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.

Salary: $120K per year, plus bonus (commensurate with experience)
