Notch empowers brands to grow their business through next-gen autonomous customer experience. We’re looking for an ABM Lead to set the vision, strategy, and execution for our marketing efforts, focusing on demand-gen, sales enablement, and ABM marketing.
We’re looking for a Demand Generation & ABM Lead to own our B2B marketing funnel from awareness to pipeline. You’ll be responsible for designing and executing account-based marketing programs, inbound content strategies, and multi-channel campaigns that drive high-quality leads and revenue growth. This role is perfect for a hands-on, data-driven marketer who loves experimenting across channels, aligning with sales, and turning creative ideas into measurable results.
As the Demand Generation & ABM Lead, you will build and scale our demand generation function from the ground up. You'll own the strategy and execution of demand generation and account-based marketing (ABM) programs to attract, engage, and convert high-value accounts, specifically targeting VP level and executive leadership of mid-market and enterprise opportunities across multiple industries.
Reporting to the CPO & Co-Founder, you'll build the demand generation team, effectively orchestrating a mix of ICs and specialized agencies. You will collaborate closely with sales, product, Ops, and leadership to drive qualified pipeline creation and revenue growth. This is a high-visibility role where you'll combine strategic thinking with hands‑on execution, making your mark on how Notch scales.
ABILITIES & SKILLS What You’ll DoBuild a Scalable B2B Growth Engine
- Develop and execute a full‑funnel demand generation strategy for mid‑market and enterprise accounts.
- Design and manage ABM campaigns targeting key accounts in strategic verticals.
- Partner with sales to define ideal customer profiles (ICPs), account lists, and personalized plays.
- Implement lead scoring, segmentation, and nurturing to move prospects efficiently down the funnel.
Drive Inbound Marketing and Content
- Build and own a content strategy focused on thought leadership, use cases, and customer success.
- Launch webinars, virtual events, and campaigns that educate and convert.
- Optimize the Notch website for SEO and conversion, constantly testing messaging and CTAs.
- Collaborate with product and customer success to surface insights and stories that resonate with target audiences.
Manage Paid and Organic Channels
- Run Linked In Ads, Google Ads, and retargeting campaigns to generate pipeline.
- Test and scale performance marketing programs across channels.
- Build email and nurture campaigns to engage leads and re‑activate cold opportunities.
- Analyze channel performance, experiment with new tactics, and optimize for ROI.
Align with Sales and Analytics
- Partner closely with the sales and SDR teams to ensure seamless lead follow‑up and attribution.
- Own Hub Spot or similar CRM setup, reporting, and data hygiene.
- Build and maintain marketing dashboards to track pipeline impact and campaign effectiveness.
- Proven ability to drive enterprise pipeline.
- 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with a proven track record in demand generation, and ABM.
- Previous experience as a Demand Generation Manager, Growth Marketing Lead, or ABM Manager in a high‑growth tech environment.
- Demonstrated experience in forming agile strategy, building executable plan, launch measurable tests, allocate budget and manage channels mix.
- Demonstrated experience building and scaling demand generation teams from 0 to 1.
- Strong track record orchestrating and managing external agencies to deliver integrated campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of digital channels, ABM frameworks, and demand generation tactics
- Proficiency in marketing automation (Hub Spot), and analytics tools.
- Highly analytical mindset, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights and measurable business outcomes within budget constraints
- Exceptional collaboration and communication skills to align cross‑functional teams and manage agency relationships
- Creative problem‑solver with a "get things done" approach and ability to lead projects end‑to‑end
- Experience marketing to VP level and executive leadership in customer experience, support, or operations
- Go getter; ready to work in a fast pace, native AI product company.
- Excited to build the new marketing MO: tools, processes, channels and beyond.
- Experience marketing to multiple industries, or AI services (bonus)
