Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Manager to lead the creation, execution, and management of marketing materials and campaigns. This role requires strong project management skills, proficiency in digital tools, and the ability to produce clear, engaging content across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate has experience in content development, campaign coordination, and working cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders.
- Create, update, and maintain marketing materials such as fact sheets, white papers, presentations, and webinars using tools like Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Power Point
- Edit and produce video content and recordings for internal and external use using programs such as Adobe Premiere Rush or iMovie
- Update and maintain website content using Word Press or similar CMS platforms
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to distribute marketing assets and campaign updates
- Develop and manage email marketing campaigns using platforms such as Hub Spot or similar tools
- Maintain and report on marketing data using CRM systems like Salesforce (or equivalent), including campaign performance and lead tracking
- Ensure all marketing content meets regulatory, brand, or internal compliance standards
- Review and edit content from various contributors for accuracy, clarity, and brand consistency
- Create visual assets for digital campaigns using tools like Canva
- Analyze and visualize marketing or campaign data using Microsoft Excel, including the creation of charts and graphs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including leadership, content creators, and sales to align marketing strategies
- Plan and execute webinars using platforms such as Zoom or Microsoft Teams, including setup, promotion, and follow-up
- Manage and update performance or sales reports, ensuring timely and accurate delivery
Marketing Manager Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Finance, Communications, or a related field
- 3-5 years experience in the financial services or asset management industry
- Strong working knowledge of:
