- We’re looking for a strategic, detail-oriented Third Party Events Marketing Manager to support and scale Field Marketing initiatives tied to high-impact third party events. This role serves as a central connector across teams, driving cross-functional alignment, operational excellence, and audience strategy to ensure event investments deliver measurable value.
Key Responsibilities:
Event Leadership & Execution:
Serve as the Field Marketing lead for key third party events, including:
- Gartner IT Symposium – supporting strategic positioning and execution.
- AWS re:
Invent – collaborating with Strategic Partner Marketing and Field teams to amplify impact.
- Own end-to-end Field Marketing engagement on these events — from pre-event strategy and post-event measurement.
Operations & Process Management
- Maintain and optimize Third Party team operations and process documentation to drive efficiency and scale best practices.
- Own and evolve the Third Party Playbook, ensuring it stays on track for delivery (target date: end of October), is actionable, and aligned with broader marketing goals.
Communications & Enablement:
Develop and manage the communications strategy for the Third Party team, including:
- Office hours coordination
- Canvas updates
- Slack channel updates and engagement
- Act as a key liaison to Field Marketers, pulling in the right contacts based on industry, region, or cloud alignment.
Data & Audience Strategy
- Co-own Third Party data strategy in partnership with the Audience Strategy team (Nori & Lisa), ensuring strong integration of insights and targeting across all third party event work.
- Manage team access, training, and ongoing engagement with tools like Vendelux to support data-driven decision making and prioritization.
Post-Event Strategy & Follow-Up
- Contribute to the development and execution of post-event journeys and follow-up strategies to extend event impact, drive pipeline acceleration, and capture insights for continuous improvement.
