We’re looking for a sharp, driven Marketing Associate to support a fast-growing skincare brand that lives at the intersection of beauty, wellness, and innovation. This role is perfect for someone who’s plugged into skincare trends, thrives in cross-functional environments, and knows how to turn strategy into execution.
You’ll support product launches, retail marketing, and integrated campaigns while partnering closely with brand, sales, supply chain, and R&D teams. Translation: this is a hands-on role with real impact—not a sit-on-the-sidelines job.
What You’ll DoProduct Launch & Brand Support
Support end-to-end product launches, including positioning, copy, packaging coordination, sampling, competitive research, and go-to-market planning
Assist with retailer submission decks and launch timelines
Retail & Campaign Marketing
Partner with sales and retail teams to develop in-store and online marketing programs
Support integrated campaigns across digital, social, and retail channels
Ensure brand alignment across all touchpoints
Events & Activations
Coordinate PR events, sampling initiatives, and pop-ups
Manage logistics, timelines, vendors, and internal communication
Analytics, Reporting & Planning
Track SKU and campaign performance and support weekly/monthly reporting
Prepare weekly 360° marketing decks, including sales reviews and newness performance
Assist with demand planning for new items and support inventory management across channels
Market Research & Cross-Functional Support
Conduct competitive and trend analysis to inform marketing strategy and innovation
Collaborate closely with brand, R&D, supply chain, and sales teams to drive brand awareness, profitability, and healthy stock levels
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
3–5 years of marketing experience, preferably in skincare, beauty, or CPG
Experience working with beauty specialty retailers such as Sephora and/or Ulta
Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or Google Analytics is a plus
Passion for skincare and strong understanding of beauty trends and consumer behavior
Self-starter mentality with attention to detail and follow-through
Experience partnering with R&D, Supply Chain, and Sales teams on product innovation and storytelling
Ability to read Korean; fluency in reading, writing, and speaking Korean is a strong plus
