AboutThe Role
Fever has a unique offering for clients. As a result, we have fostered relationships with top‑tier brands across many verticals and are looking for someone who has the ability to elevate our brand partnerships proposition to new heights.
We are looking for a Senior Creative Strategist with big, campaignable, results‑driven ideas and bags of passion to create innovative partnership proposals. From identifying the compelling insight that proves why Fever is the right partner, to establishing the overarching creative platform for the partnership; the role will see them working closely with the Sales and Creative Solutions teams to creatively steer ‘out of the box’ responses.
They will ensure the responses answer and deliver on client objectives; securing new and repeat revenue from advertisers.
- Ensure the responses fit within the larger company strategy and clearly demonstrate the benefit of working with Fever as a partner.
- Produce compelling brief responses for brand partnerships that sell a vision with a clear narrative and strategy to internal and external stakeholders.
- Identify the red thread; ensuring the partnership benefits Fever and the brand equally.
- Establish the overarching creative platform on which the ideas will live, placing insight or data at the heart.
- Generate starter thoughts - from branded content to integrated experiential responses - and be willing to lead brainstorms.
- Provide a creative steer to the Creative Solutions team and ensure your strategy is pulled through their ideas and is realized to a high standard.
- Showcase Fever’s 360 ecosystem and demonstrate how we can activate partnerships across our owned channels.
- Ensure our proposals are realistic, both timings and budget‑wise.
- Work to tight deadlines set by manager/clients by managing own time effectively.
- Attend high‑value client pitches.
- Write informative and engaging case studies that showcase key campaigns.
- Collaborate with Sales to identify new product opportunities.
- 4+ Years experience in a strategic brand partnerships role.
- Experience working in or with a Sales team.
- Ability to generate innovative brand partnerships proposals that place insight at the heart.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills are essential to effectively deliver proposals.
- An entrepreneurial can‑do attitude.
- A self‑starter and comfortable in ambiguity – working through things for the first time.
- Experience in budgeting, media planning and digital channels.
- Ability to think creatively and make data‑driven decisions.
- Highly skilled in crafting slide decks and written pitch materials.
- Competitive base salary from $94-100k.
