As our Advertising Campaign Operations Associate, you will support our digital advertising campaign execution and optimization while serving as a key point of contact for cross‑functional teams. You’ll build foundational knowledge in the adtech space and drive campaign performance for notable CPG brands. - Partner with our Client Success and Campaign Management teams to set up and launch digital advertising campaigns that align with our clients’ goals
- Assist in building presentation decks for client kickoff calls and help align internal teams on campaign details, especially as it relates to custom deliverables
- Collect images and content from clients, collaborate with our freelance designers on ad creatives, and coordinate revisions until the final version is approved
- Help create custom links to Chicory’s interactive and effective CPG ads
- Use internal tools to track campaign deliverables, such as timelines and assets to ensure nothing falls through the cracks
- Learn how different measurement and tracking tools work and make sure we get the necessary tracking tags from clients to measure campaign performance
- Take screenshots of live ads and organize them to share with clients
- Partner with Campaign Managers to monitor ad performance and identify opportunities to optimize campaign delivery
- Assist in building campaign recap decks that show clients how their campaigns performed, including data and insights from the campaign
- Build upon team and company culture and act as a champion of the Chicory Principles
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
- A desire to learn the digital advertising landscape
- Ability to understand complex information and convey it in an easy‑to‑understand manner
- Strong relationship management skills with the ability to build trust and rapport
- Detail‑oriented with excellent organizational and project management skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, v‑lookups)
The base salary range for this position is $60,000 – $70,000 annually.
