Brand Merchandising Lead, LA28

Ralph Lauren – Join the global premium lifestyle brand as a Lead for Olympic‑themed collections across Mens, Womens, Children, Home and Licensing. The role drives strategy, product lifecycle, market analysis and cross‑functional collaboration to maximize revenue and brand impact.

Responsibilities
  • Drive overall brand merchandising strategy and product assortment planning for Olympic‑themed collections including Uniforms, Team USA product & LA28 product across Mens, Womens, Children, Home and Licensing.
  • Collaborate with design teams to develop and curate product lines that align with Olympic values and brand identity.
  • Lead market analysis and competitor research to identify opportunities specific to LA based games and tied to growth ambitions for the region and Key City.
  • Manage product lifecycle from conception to launch, including go‑to‑market strategies with Design, Innovation, Sustainability, PMT, Commercial, Marketing and Brand Image.
  • Coordinate with multiple stakeholders including internal cross‑functional partners & external committees.
  • Monitor sales performance on capsules laddering up to LA28 Games and adjust strategies to maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with Olympic branding guidelines and licensing requirements.
Qualifications
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with high emotional intelligence.
  • Exceptional people management and leadership skills with a proven ability to motivate, negotiate and influence across departments & divisions.
  • Deep understanding of the product lifecycle & business calendars, retail math and key retail metrics.
  • Highly collaborative with cross‑functional partners – design, product development, regional buying, marketing etc.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Word/PowerPoint, Adobe, Vibe IQ & GFE preferred.

Salary range: $90,000 – $192,500 annually.
