About the RoleThe Cruise Operations Coordinator supports the growth of Fora’s cruise category by coordinating marketing execution, partner collaboration, and internal resource management. The role ensures cruise marketing campaigns run smoothly, partner assets are accurate and accessible, and advisors have compelling, up‑to‑date cruise content.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate day‑to‑day cruise marketing initiatives across email and advisor‑facing channels.
- Gather, organize, and maintain cruise partner assets—including offers, decks, imagery, and training materials.
- Support execution of cruise marketing campaigns by managing timelines, approvals, and asset readiness.
- Maintain and update internal cruise resource hubs, partner pages, and documentation to ensure accuracy and usability.
- Assist with planning and coordination of cruise trainings, webinars, and partner events, including logistics, materials, and follow‑up.
- Communicate professionally with cruise partners to support promotions, campaigns, and content needs.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with marketing, partnerships, education, and supplier relations teams.
- Track promotions, partner updates, and campaign inputs to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
- Support basic reporting and tracking related to cruise marketing performance and engagement.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, organization, and workflows as the cruise category scales.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 1‑2+ years of experience in marketing, communications, travel, hospitality, sales, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience supporting marketing or communications efforts such as email campaigns, social content, newsletters, or asset coordination.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, partners, and deadlines simultaneously.
- High attention to detail and accuracy when handling data, assets, and documentation.
- Excellent written communication skills for emails, partner correspondence, and marketing support.
- Comfort working with digital tools such as Google Workspace, CRM systems, project management tools, and email marketing platforms.
- Ability to work independently, keep projects moving, and prioritize effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and based in NYC or willing to relocate.
- Experience in travel, hospitality, or cruise.
- Experience coordinating events, webinars, or trainings.
Compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 to $90,000 plus equity, depending on the level at which the candidate is hired. Final compensation will be determined based on experience and the specific level of the role.
