Are you a creative and energetic professional who enjoys connecting with people and bringing marketing campaigns to life? We’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic team and support both in-person and digital marketing initiatives.
In this customer-facing role, you’ll help bridge the gap between our brand and our audience — coordinating live activations, supporting community events, and ensuring consistent, engaging brand experiences. If you’re organized, outgoing, and eager to grow your marketing career, this role offers a hands‑on introduction to the fast‑paced world of brand marketing.
What You’ll Do- Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, community events, and pop‑up activations.
- Represent the brand at live events — engaging with customers, answering questions, and sharing product or service information.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align event and marketing goals with overall brand strategy.
- Assist with social media content creation, local promotions, and campaign tracking.
- Manage event and marketing materials, ensuring consistent branding across all touchpoints.
- Collect and organize customer feedback and event insights to help improve future marketing efforts.
- Contribute creative ideas for new activations and engagement strategies.
- Enthusiastic, personable, and confident engaging with people face‑to‑face.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time‑management skills.
- A self‑starter who thrives in collaborative, fast‑paced environments.
- Interested in marketing, communications, brand strategy, or event promotion.
- Comfortable working evenings or weekends during key campaigns and activations.
- Able to lift up to 25 lbs when setting up displays or event materials.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (preferred, not required).
- Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or events is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
