Job Description

Abb Vie, a global biopharmaceutical company driven by research and innovation, is looking for a Brand Manager to join our Immunology team. This role is key to developing and executing marketing strategies that drive growth and strengthen the presence of our leading brands in the treatment of rheumatological diseases.

Responsibilities (Spanish)
  • Desarrollar y liderar el plan de marca para los productos de Reumatología en Cono Sur, creando y ejecutando estrategias de marketing integral es que refuercen el valor de nuestras marcas en inmunología.
  • Diseñar e implementar los planes tácticos para las marcas.
  • Manejar eficientemente el presupuesto asignado para maximizar el retorno de inversión en actividades de marketing y promoción.
  • Desarrollar, adaptar y actualizar materiales promocionales y contenidos científicos/comerciales, asegurando su alineación con la estrategia de marca y compliance.
  • Colaborar estrechamente con el equipo de ventas para asegurar una ejecución efectiva en el campo (segmentación, mensajes clave, implementación de proyectos de innovación, entrenamientos).
  • Liderar iniciativas de lanzamiento, relanzamiento o expansión de indicaciones, en coordinación con equipos region ales y globales.
  • Analizar de forma continua el entorno competitivo y las tendencias de mercado. Monitor ear KPIs de negocio (ventas, market share, penetración, performance de campañas) y proponer planes de acción correctivos. Utilizar insights de mercado y de clientes para refinar la estrategia y el plan táctico.
  • Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con los equipos cross-funcionales (ventas, acceso, medical, finanzas, entre otros) para asegurar una ejecución coordinada de la estrategia de marca.
  • Construir y mantener relaciones sólidas con profesionales de la salud, líderes de opinión, sociedades médicas, entre otros stakeholders.
  • Purpose

    Lead the comprehension of patient experience insights across the Brand and In Field Team and develop the Patient Journey to focus the Brand Team on the delivery of patient‑centric strategies including CLM engagement and customization within Abb Vie business code of conduct, policies and all applicable laws and regulations.

    Responsibilities (English)
    • Collaborate with Brand Team and In‑Field Team members, facilitate cross‑stakeholder discussions (with Health Care Professional (HCP) and non HCP stakeholders) and synthesize the insights gained to identify target segments, to determine brand positioning, to drive Close Loop Marketing engagement and customization and to populate Brand Plan Insights Chapter.
    • Secure input and cross stakeholder viewpoints in order to develop a robust and accurate Patient Journey; propose strategic objectives for the Brand Team review based on Patient Journey findings and challenge and critique Brand Team strategies in order to ensure patient‑centricity.
    • Ensure all functional deliverables are consistent with branding and deliver emotional messages aligned to Brand Story.
    • Guide the design and implementation of all marketing activities and include innovative marketing tactics, traditional and non‑traditional partnerships, multi‑channel opportunities and multi‑stakeholder initiatives in order to meet strategic brand objectives.
    • Ensure all in‑field materials, strategies and tactics are aligned in order to drive momentum of strategic brand objectives.
    • Lead the development of marketing inputs to Strategic Brand Plan, consolidate the 1‑year Tactical Brand Plan and coordinate preparation of the Long Range Plan to drive brand success.
