About the job Marketing Automation Specialist

Our client seeks a detail-oriented and technically proficient Marketing Automation Specialist to join their team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in marketing automation platforms to streamline marketing workflows, personalize customer experiences, and drive campaign effectiveness.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and build automated marketing campaigns (e.g., email nurture sequences, drip campaigns, triggered messages) using marketing automation software.
  • Manage and segment customer data to ensure targeted and relevant marketing communications.
  • Develop landing pages, email templates, and other marketing assets for automated campaigns.
  • Analyze marketing automation campaign performance metrics (e.g., open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates) and identify areas for improvement.
  • Integrate marketing automation tools with other marketing and CRM systems to ensure data synchronization and a seamless customer journey.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot marketing automation workflows to ensure optimal functionality.
  • Stay current on the latest marketing automation trends and tools to identify new opportunities for efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in marketing automation or a related field.
  • Proven experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Hub Spot, Marketo, Pardot).
  • Strong understanding of marketing automation concepts, campaign workflows, and segmentation strategies.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret marketing automation data and identify trends.
  • Proficiency in email marketing best practices and copywriting.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
