About the Role: We are looking for a Marketing Specialist who can write well, move quickly, and take ownership of day to day marketing execution.

• Manage Social Media and Content
• Update Brand and Collateral
• Coordinate Events, Conferences, and Swag
• Track Industry Monitoring

• 3 to 5 years of experience in marketing, brand, or content focused roles
• Strong writing skills with a good sense of tone and clarity
• Comfortable using Canva and able to work within Figma
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple work streams

• You’ll play a meaningful part in shaping the voice and presence of a modern healthcare company
• You’ll work directly with the founders and design leadership
• You’ll have autonomy to propose ideas and improve our processes
• You’ll see your work have a clear and immediate impact
• You’ll join a focused, supportive team that cares about doing things well

• NYC hybrid preferred, although remote candidates will be considered
• Occasional travel for conferences and events
• Tools include Canva Pro, Figma, Hub Spot, Notion, and social scheduling platforms
