Overview
As an Account Management Specialist on the digital media team, you'll be a vital support for your team members in programmatic campaign execution. You'll own project management and coordination across various internal Epsilon cross‑functional teams, ensuring successful implementation and activation of digital media campaigns. Ensuring client happiness and dedication is key in achieving client goals in a dynamic work setting, making your role crucial.
This role reports to a manager within the digital media team and will involve daily collaboration with numerous internal cross‑functional teams, including but not limited to ad operations, analytics, and client services.

- Campaign Delivery & Performance
- Interest in monitoring ongoing campaign activity and identifying optimization opportunities.
- Ability to track and evaluate program performance.
Skilled in handling and preparing performance/critical metric reporting. - Client promotions: capable of being responsible for and maintaining client promotions, and able to build and implement client promotions promptly and with attention to detail.

- Bachelor’s Degree from a four‑year college or university.

Base Salary: $56,100 - $62,000
