Description

You are a highly motivated, fast learning and clear communicator to develop creator strategies and oversee our affiliate/creator network. You are excited about diving into the Tik Tok ecosystem, from how to create viral content to affiliate management. You are comfortable partnering with senior ecommerce client stakeholders and operating in fast-paced environments.

The ideal candidate is passionate about studying viral content, Tik Tok, and creating short form videos.

Responsibilities:

• Identify/train retainer creators for viral content
  • Bi-weekly review calls with retainer creators to review their content/video performance
• Run a creator community on discord
  • Host bi-weekly creator calls
  • Spark conversations around content creation
• Execute shop growth strategies to drive revenue growth for clients
  • Set affiliate qualification criteria
  • Understanding content needs and competitor landscape, what kind of content works in the category, what's working for competitors
  • How to create viral content on Tik Tok
  • Formulating briefs for creators that are both top of funnel (product education) and bottom of funnel (offer / promo / urgency)
• Stay up-to-date on Tik Tok shopping features and trends to identify new opportunities

Qualifications:

• 2+ years experience in organic content creation, social media marketing
• Exceptional communication skills
• Deeply passionate about being a creator and building a creator community
• Excellent organizational abilities
• Existing knowledge of the Tik Tok platform and consumer behaviors on the platform
