Integrated Senior Strategist

Responsibilities- Coordinate all account maintenance tasks in collaboration with the Supervisor and ensure timely communication of campaign and administrative items to teams and partner agencies.
- Serve as a key player in the activation of digital media, planning and executing media plans through the integrated strategy function.
- Oversee delivery of campaign materials—including media authorizations, insertion orders, schedules, and creative elements—to clients and internal teams.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions, status meetings, client plan presentations, and development of recommendation decks, applying knowledge of client objectives and the competitive landscape.
- Own day‑to‑day logistics for planning, implementing, and maintaining digital media campaigns while contributing to broader multi‑channel strategy development.
- Lead team brainstorms to develop plan and consideration sets across all channels.
- Monitor trends, tools, opportunities in the media landscape and apply that knowledge appropriately.
- Investigate cross‑channel opportunities and create media‑specific documents such as RFPs, media plans, strategy decks, and related materials.
- Coordinate review of RFP submissions to maximize social media integrations and partner negotiations.
- Execute campaign traffic plans, including creative delivery, tracking tags, and third‑party ad servers.
- Conduct QA of tracking functionality and creative units, resolve issues, and create post‑launch documentation.
- Enter and manage plans in billing systems, track insertion orders, and maintain plan records.
- Monitor and optimize self‑service paid social activation across Facebook, Twitter, and other platforms.
- Maintain day‑to‑day communication with vendors, partner agencies, and creative media clients.
- Guide development of Horizon strategists and contribute to performance reviews, identifying strengths and growth areas.
- Delegate and manage daily tasks for strategists, reviewing finalized work for internal or client distribution.
- Minimum 2‑3 years of planning experience, preferably across multiple media channels.
- Solid understanding of media math, terminology and analytical tools such as MRI, Nielsen, and Scarborough.
- Proficiency in digital campaign setup and trafficking within Prisma, SBMS, DCM, Innovid, and DV.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Strong verbal and written communication, problem‑solving mentality, and professional client relationship management experience.
- Experience developing and presenting plan presentations.
$64,350.00 – $80,000.00
