Job Description

We have a great opportunity for a Digital Account Coordinator! The Digital Account Coordinator is responsible for helping to provide the best possible client service to our agency and brand partners from the moment they are introduced to FOX News Media. In a fun and fast-paced environment, this team thrives from pre‑sale to post‑sale touching every aspect of a campaign to help ensure its success.

The Client Services Team fosters client relationships, strategizes with Sales and Marketing on pitches and proposals, partners with Ad Operations to monitor and optimize campaign performance, and helps finance to recognize all earned revenue. Working across all FOX News Media digital platforms (News, Business, Weather, TMZ, Out Kick), the Digital Account Coordinator has great potential for growth and achievement within the organization.

of Your Responsibilities
  • Provide client service support to multiple Digital Account Executives
  • Collaborate with various internal stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Research, Inventory, Product, Yield, Ad Operations) to help develop client recommendations and execute campaigns
  • Contribute to the pre‑sale process by gathering and analyzing research, building pitch/proposal decks, and completing client spec templates
  • Manage the campaign launch process by collecting and organizing assets from clients, communicating needs between clients and Ad Operations, requesting reporting access, and pulling screenshots
  • Own campaign billing process, which includes reconciling monthly billing, processing credit checks, and submitting invoice adjustments
  • Work with Account Managers and Ad Operations to monitor campaign delivery and performance
What You Will Need
  • 0–2 years of experience in an office environment
  • Understanding of digital advertising
  • Ability to multitask, adapt, and communicate effectively in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment with ever‑changing priorities
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, and Google Workspace
  • Familiarity with digital communication and collaboration tools:
    Box, Slack, and Zoom

  • Passionate about learning and developing new skills
  • Accountable and resourceful, especially when managing the needs of many different stakeholders

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $23.50‑27.25 per hour. This role is also eligible for various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
