Key Responsibilities
  • Responsible for and manage the new‑business number for North America and Europe, as well as aid in the growth of our existing business.
  • Manage go‑to‑market strategy in collaboration with product marketing.
  • Bring a deep understanding of the programmatic SSP and ad‑serving ecosystems.
  • Understand market and client challenges and needs; liaise with internal teams such as buy and sell side sales teams, solutions architects, product, and marketing to provide solutions to complex problems.
  • Manage your own business line confidently. Drive revenue growth of our existing publisher accounts, as well as new‑business adoption.
Requirements
  • 8‑10 years of experience in programmatic video, preferably at an ad server, DSP, SSP, or publisher.
  • Knowledge of video ad serving, open

    RTB, SSAI, header bidding, and programmatic advertising.
  • Run and manage meetings with C‑level executives.
  • History of managing business units and carrying a number to be delivered against.
  • History of driving projects forward and identifying areas for improvement while working collaboratively across both internal and external stakeholders.

IAS Pay Transparency

The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location, and any additional locations, are listed below. Our pay ranges are based on the work location. As part of IAS compensation package, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes paid time off, health insurance (medical, dental, vision) as well as PPO, HSA and FSA options and 401(k) with employer matching contributions.

All full‑time employee roles include competitive compensation and are eligible for an annual bonus and/or other incentive plans. Each candidate’s compensation package is based on multiple factors, but not limited to geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need.
