Role Summary & Impact
  • Contribute as part of the backbone of our team: responsible for program and day‑to‑day administration, organizing and maintaining processes, agendas, and documents, taking notes, and ensuring timelines are clear, up‑to‑date, and adhered to.
  • Manage and update key documentation on an ongoing basis (e.g., production trackers, status documents, timelines, media plans).
  • Contribute to the development of partner RFPs and review responses with KPIs in mind.
  • Serve as a resource for cross‑functional internal stakeholders.
  • Take notes and participate in internal and client brainstorm sessions.
  • Support the creation and delivery of idea presentations that tell a clear, cohesive story on what each campaign element is and how it comes to life in media from the consumer’s point of view.
  • Help manage pre‑ and post‑production processes and creative deliverables, serving as liaison between clients and partners throughout program execution.
  • Launch tracking and reporting to ensure assets are delivering in full and with quality control, flagging any issues to team leads as they arise.
  • Review and organize campaign data contributing to wrap reports at program completion.
  • Leverage AI tools to identify opportunities for integration into workflows and processes.
  • Stay connected to relevant marketplace trends and proactively share points of view on creative, culture, and campaign work with the team.
Skills & Experience
  • 3+ years professional experience in account management, media planning, or related fields; experience in custom content, marketing, advertising, agencies, public relations, or production is a bonus.
  • Organized and detail‑oriented, with a passion for process, spreadsheets, and clear frameworks.
  • Ambition to break into custom and integrated media content, blending media math with creative vision.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and optimistic.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to convey ideas succinctly and clearly.
  • Flexible and able to pivot in a fast‑paced, ever‑changing environment.
  • Basic understanding of media buying and negotiation.
  • Enthusiastic about sports, entertainment, and social media, with a pulse on current trends.
  • Ego‑free mindset, simplicity‑focused, and positive outlook.
