ABI Program Coordinator role at Advantage Solutions – Based in Chelsea, NY, reporting to the Anheuser‑Busch Corporate Strategy Office.

Base pay range

$80,000.00/yr – $90,000.00/yr

Overview

The Program Coordinator will support the Activations and Sampling program deliverables across a National Brand Execution Team, a College Ambassador Program, and a high‑priority World Cup Program. The role provides leadership during sell‑in, preparation, launch, execution, and wrap‑up of each program, ensuring top‑tier execution for Anheuser‑Busch’s megabrands and key programs and maintaining alignment among local, brand, and agency stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • On‑site representation of the agency, fully representing the brand back to the agency.
  • Develop and own key stakeholder relationships, building trust‑based partnerships with client teams, agency partners, and third‑party vendors.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of marketing landscapes to develop new business opportunities and revenue streams within existing clients.
  • Design and lead proposal and program development presentations with limited guidance.
  • Supervise and/or directly manage program execution, budgets, tracking, and post‑promotional reporting per company systems.
  • Partner with team members to develop brand programming insights, identify valuable learnings, communication strategy, innovation opportunities, and tactical recommendations for programs based on consumer insights.
  • Lead cross‑agency collaboration to ensure all deliverables meet strategy and client expectations.
  • Mentor and inspire cross‑functional teams, facilitating conflict resolution and proactive thinking.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Marketing or Brand Management (Required).
  • Preferred: MBA Degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3–5 years of experience as a leader/manager in agency, brand management, or media production.
  • 6+ years of experience in consumer product, brand management, media, or agency roles (Preferred).
Skills, Knowledge & Abilities
  • Ability to handle multiple duties with accuracy and shift priorities amid interruptions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and web browsers.
  • Creative self‑starter with strong relationship, organization, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Capability to work with third‑party properties, agencies, suppliers, and media organizations.
