Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team of two CRM specialists, setting priorities, coaching for growth, and ensuring flawless campaign execution in Braze.
  • Own the consumer lifecycle strategy, from onboarding and reactivation to retention and loyalty - optimizing for repeat order rate and order frequency.
  • Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns (email, push, SMS, in-app) that engage millions of pizza fans and drive measurable business impact.
  • Collaborate with creative, analytics, and engineering to build and optimize journeys across all stages of the user lifecycle.
  • Develop and maintain the CRM roadmap and marketing calendar, aligning with company goals and key seasonal moments.
  • Experiment constantly – develop and test hypotheses, run A/B tests, and use results to improve messaging, segmentation, and automation.
  • Manage and optimize Braze: segment audiences, build triggers, automate journeys, and ensure technical accuracy and deliverability.
  • Report weekly, monthly and quarterly on CRM performance, highlighting trends, conversion insights, and opportunities to improve results.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle, or retention marketing within B2C or B2B software companies.
  • At least 3 years of hands‑on experience working with Braze.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and campaigns simultaneously.
  • Deep understanding of email, SMS, and push marketing – from creative and segmentation to deliverability and compliance.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using data to inform strategy, identify trends, and drive optimization.
  • Demonstrated success designing and testing personalized user journeys and automated campaigns.
  • Excellent collaboration skills – able to partner cross‑functionally in a global, fully remote organization.
  • Experience leading and mentoring team members.
