Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of two CRM specialists, setting priorities, coaching for growth, and ensuring flawless campaign execution in Braze.
- Own the consumer lifecycle strategy, from onboarding and reactivation to retention and loyalty - optimizing for repeat order rate and order frequency.
- Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns (email, push, SMS, in-app) that engage millions of pizza fans and drive measurable business impact.
- Collaborate with creative, analytics, and engineering to build and optimize journeys across all stages of the user lifecycle.
- Develop and maintain the CRM roadmap and marketing calendar, aligning with company goals and key seasonal moments.
- Experiment constantly – develop and test hypotheses, run A/B tests, and use results to improve messaging, segmentation, and automation.
- Manage and optimize Braze: segment audiences, build triggers, automate journeys, and ensure technical accuracy and deliverability.
- Report weekly, monthly and quarterly on CRM performance, highlighting trends, conversion insights, and opportunities to improve results.
- 5+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle, or retention marketing within B2C or B2B software companies.
- At least 3 years of hands‑on experience working with Braze.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and campaigns simultaneously.
- Deep understanding of email, SMS, and push marketing – from creative and segmentation to deliverability and compliance.
- Analytical mindset with experience using data to inform strategy, identify trends, and drive optimization.
- Demonstrated success designing and testing personalized user journeys and automated campaigns.
- Excellent collaboration skills – able to partner cross‑functionally in a global, fully remote organization.
- Experience leading and mentoring team members.
