Role OverviewSniffies is growing quickly, and we are looking for an experienced Campaign Specialist who can turn performance channels into consistent, high-intent traffic. This person will manage acquisition across various ad networks, including campaigns across online video, banner, native, paid social and more, while partnering with brand, creative, product, and analytics teams. The right candidate understands how to balance data, creativity, and speed to build performance campaigns that serve a number of marketing and acquisition objectives.
WhatYou’ll Do
- Own the setup, optimization, and scale of campaigns across paid social, performance ad networks, programmatic ad platforms and more.
- Build full-funnel paid media strategies for user acquisition and e-commerce.
- Develop audience strategies for both domestic and international markets.
- Manage high-volume performance campaigns on adult advertising networks.
- Optimize creative, targeting, and placements to increase high-intent traffic.
- Collaborate with creative teams to produce assets that perform well and maintain a structured testing process involving creative, copy, bidding strategies, audiences, and landing experiences.
- Produce weekly performance reports, deliver insights on CAC, ROAS, conversion behavior, and channel efficiency, recommending spend allocation based on data-driven opportunities.
- 3-5 years of performance experience at an agency, in-house or startup role
- Experience managing campaigns across online video, pay-per-click, performance networks with a strong focus on creative optimization and channel optimization.
- Excellent attention to detail and organization
- Pixel setup and troubleshooting for cross-channel tracking
- Ability to analyze performance data and convert insights into rapid optimization decisions
- Strong written communication for creative briefing, reports and test planning
- Ability to manage multiple channels, budgets, and workflows simultaneously
- Experience developing insight-driven bespoke reporting and delivering it to stakeholders
- Ability to work autonomously and with ownership
- Experience scaling specialist network campaigns for high-intent acquisition
- Experience running integrated testing cycles across brand and performance channels
