The RoleTake ownership of the entire customer journey for Connected TV (CTV) clients — from onboarding through long‑term success and growth.
Develop a deep understanding of each client’s needs and business objectives to deliver measurable value and strong ROI through their CTV solutions.
Build and maintain trusted relationships with key client stakeholders, acting as a strategic advisor on best practices, campaign optimization, and product capabilities.
The Requirements- Minimum 4+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management
, ideally within the digital advertising industry. - Must have experience onboarding publishers and managing their relationship.
- Hands‑on experience with ad servers and familiarity with CTV platforms
, video advertising formats (VAST, RTB, Prebid), and SSPs/DSPs
. - Strong technical aptitude combined with a customer‑focused approach
. - Demonstrated ability to manage complex Publisher relationships and consistently drive successful outcomes
. - Exceptional communication and presentation skills
. - Proven capability to collaborate cross‑functionally in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment
