The Showroom & Sample Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting wholesale, marketing, and creative initiatives by managing the end‑to‑end coordination of showroom operations and sample assets.

• Manage coordination between internal stakeholders, external customers, and photo shoots.
• Unpack all new season samples and assist the Brand Image team with locating samples for setting the showroom.
• Maintain an organized and efficient sample storage system.
• Communicate regularly with vendors to ensure timely receipt of appropriate samples.
• Facilitate and execute quarterly showroom breakdowns after market.
• Coordinate with wholesale and RLE digital operations coordinators to pass samples off for shoots.
• Review, tag, and reorder samples needed to shoot for the season.
• Pull samples for national advertising shoots for Wholesale rigs and style items for campaign.
• Manage requests for product from Sales team, Marketing, PR, and Advertising after sending samples to RLE studio.
• Return shot samples to be used as needed by accounts.

• Ability to multi‑task and handle multiple projects at once.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Clear and effective communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, creative solution provider.
• Ability to maneuver around the showroom & office and lift up to 30 lbs.

Salary range: $20.60 - $31.00 hourly.
