Diffusion invites recent college graduates to join our team as Campaign Coordinators. This full‑time, entry‑level role offers a structured Rookie Program that provides comprehensive training and hands‑on experience with our consumer, lifestyle, and technology clients.

As a Diffusion Rookie, you will learn the agency lifecycle in an open and supportive environment. You will quickly become a vital part of the team, directly contributing to media relationships, creative campaigns, client communication, and internal meetings. Your role includes managing deliverables, showcasing writing skills, and collaborating with senior staff.

• Build and nurture media relationships to promote client stories.
• Contribute to creative campaign development and execution.
• Communicate with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Organize and lead meetings and briefings.
• Generate high‑quality press releases, pitches, and digital content.
• Track and report on campaign performance metrics.

• A news junkie who actively follows media trends.
• A passion for creative storytelling and innovative activations.
• Strong writing and editing skills.
• Comfortable with public speaking and debate.
• Willingness to embrace challenges and rigorous selection processes.
• Ability to work flexibly in a hybrid environment.
